Urgent Zambia eVisa

  • Applicant Photo: A recent digital photograph of the applicant

Additional documents will be required depending on the eVisa type selected. Review the full Requirements for Zambia Urgent eVisa checklist before submitting your application.

How Urgent Processing Works

Once submitted, your application is assigned for priority review by a visa specialist.

The specialist verifies the application form, passport details, travel information, and uploaded documents. If any detail is unclear or incomplete, you will be contacted to provide corrections or further information.

After the initial review, the application proceeds to final assessment and decision.

Urgent processing reduces the review timeline. It does not guarantee approval.

Common Reasons for Delays

Expedited applications can still face hold-ups. The most frequent causes are:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate application details
  • Poor-quality document scans
  • Failed or incomplete payments
  • High application volumes during peak travel periods
  • Additional security or screening checks

Review your application carefully before submitting. Respond promptly to any requests for further information.
