Application Requirements 

• Passport Bio Page: Upload a clear scan of your passport’s biodata page. It must remain valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date.
• Applicant Photograph: A recent passport-size colour photo that is sharp, unedited, and free from glare or shadows.
• Cover Letter: Submit a signed letter addressed to the Director General of Immigration stating the purpose as tourism and the duration of stay.
• Return or Onwards Flight Ticket: Provide a confirmed return or onward ticket showing your departure from Zambia.

Entry Options for the Zambia Tourist eVisa

• Single Entry
• Valid for 90 days from the issue date.
• Allows maximum stay of upto 90 days.
• Multiple Entry
• 90 day validity period from the date of issue.
• Each visit can be for upto 90 days.
• Double Entry
• 90 days validity from the issue date. 
• Maximum permitted stay is upto 90 days per visit

Zambia Tourist eVisa Application Process 

Step 1: Complete the eVisa Application Form 

Provide passport and travel details. Choose "Tourist eVisa" as the visa type. Review all the entered details. 

Step 2: Upload the Required Documents

Submitting valid and clear scans of the required document will smoothen the application process. 

Step 3: Pay the Fee 

Pay the eVisa fee using a credit/debit card, PayPal, or crypto and submit the application. 

Step 4: Receive Approval 

After approval, the Zambia Tourist eVisa will be sent to the registered email address. 

Note: On Zambia tourist eVisa, traveller cannot take up any employment/work or participate in any business activity. 

Zambia Tourist eVisa Processing Time and Fee 

• Standard Processing Time: eVisa is issued within 10-15 working days.
• Rush Processing Time: Decision arrives in 7 to 10 working days.
• Super Rush Processing Time: Receive approval within 5-7 working days.

TheZambia Tourist e-Visa Fee depends on the Tourist eVisa entry type and processing option selected. Rush and super-rush processing require the applicant to pay an additional fee.
