How To Apply for KAZA Univisa

Applying for the KAZA Univisa is quick and can be done online through the Zambia eVisa portal.

1. Fill in the form: Select the KAZA Univisa option, enter your personal and passport details, and upload the required documents.
2. Review your details: Check all the information carefully before submission.
3. Pay the fee: Complete the payment using the available online payment options.
4. Track and receive your visa: Use your Order ID and Passport Number to check the Zambia eVisa application status. After approval, the KAZA Univisa will be emailed to you. Print it and present it on arrival.

Note: Each traveller must have a separate KAZA Univisa. You can add multiple applicants during the same application process on the portal by using the “Add Applicant" option.

Documents Required for the KAZA Univisa Application

• A passport that remains valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
• A recent digital photo of the applicant.
• Proof of onward or return travel, such as a confirmed return ticket.
• A signed cover letter to the Director General of Immigration, written by you or your host, stating the purpose of your visit.

The cost of the Zambia KAZA Univisa depends on two factors:

KAZA Univisa Validity and Duration

The KAZA Univisa grants travellers a fixed validity period and a specific number of days to stay in the region:

• Validity: 30 days from the date of issue.
• Duration: Up to 30 days in total within Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Note: The Zambia KAZA Univisa cannot be extended.
